AMAZING customer service! I found Wrights MB while searching for my favorite designer brands online. I purchased a dress, which arrived quickly but with a small defect on the front. I emailed the store with photos and they responded right away with an apology and offered a discount or return. I was so impressed by their customer service that I kept the dress with the discount and the discount refund was issued right away.
