Please note that we ship Monday through Friday, and all deliveries are made on business days only. Orders placed on weekdays after 3 PM PST will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed over the weekend will ship out on the following Monday. The information above applies to all shipping methods, including overnight and express.
Continental US orders: We offer four flat rates for shipping within the US Standard (within California) $12 | Standard (outside California) $15 | Express (1-2 days) $25 | Overnight $50
Additionally, customers can add "signature required for delivery" service for an additional fee of $5
Orders over $500 are eligible for free standard ground shipping
All orders will be shipped via UPS, except PO Box addresses are mailed via USPS.
Hawaii: Standard $25 | Express $50
We do not currently offer international shipping.
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately at wrights@wrightsmb.com. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon delivery.
Local Pickup
If you would like to place an online order for in-store pick up, please choose the "Pick Up" option at check out to waive the shipping fee. You will receive an email when your order is ready. Please pick up between the hours of 10-6 Monday through Sunday.
Please note, we have limited space in our back office and kindly ask you to pick up any orders within 24 hours of being notified that your order is ready.
Lost Packages
Unfortunately, we cannot control what happens to your package once they are in the hands of our designated mail carrier (UPS or USPS), therefore Wright's is not responsible for any orders that are lost or stolen. We will, however, do our best to help you navigate the claims process to either locate your package or get you a refund. For added security, we recommend adding signature delivery to your order.
