We ship orders Monday through Friday. All deliveries are made on business days only.
Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing prior to shipment. Delivery timelines begin once your order has shipped, and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Orders placed over the weekend will ship on the following Monday. These timelines apply to all shipping methods, including overnight and express services.
Shipping Rates (Continental United States) We offer flat-rate shipping within the United States: Standard (within California): $12 Standard (outside California): $15 Express (1–2 business days): $25 Overnight: $50
Hawaii: Standard: $25 Express: $50
Orders over $500 on full priced items qualify for complimentary standard ground shipping.
For added security, customers may select signature required upon delivery for an additional $5 at checkout.
All orders ship via UPS. PO Box addresses are shipped via USPS.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at wrights@wrightsmb.com. All damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Local Pickup
For customers in the Los Angeles area, we offer complimentary in-store pickup. Simply select the “Pick Up” option at checkout — no shipping fees will be applied.
Once your order is ready, you will receive a notification. Please pick up your order within 24 hours of notification.
Our business hours are 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM daily.
Lost Packages
Once an order has been handed off to the carrier (UPS or USPS), Wright’s is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen in transit.
That said, we are happy to assist with the claims process and will do our best to help locate your package or work toward a resolution when possible. Please reach out if you experience any delivery issues.
