Welcome to wrightsmb.com. The wrightsmb.com website (the "Site") is comprised of various web pages operated by Wright's. Wrightsmb.com is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the "Terms"). Your use of wrightsmen.com constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these terms carefully, and keep a copy of them for your reference.

Visiting wrightsmb.com or sending emails to Wright's constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically, via email and on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Your Account

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. You acknowledge that Wright's is not responsible for third party access to your account that results from theft or misappropriation of your account. Wright's and its associates reserve the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in our sole discretion.

 

Children Under Thirteen

Wright's does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of thirteen. If you are under 18, you may use wrightsmen.com only with permission of a parent or guardian.

 

Cancellation/Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you can send it back to us for an exchange or refund.

We ask that you please return within 14 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed and with the price tags attached, in the same condition that you received it. Original packaging must be intact and in sellable condition. When returning shoes, the return will be denied if the shoe box has been used as the shipping box.

We recommend that you send the package back to us via a traceable carrier and to insure the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us. We are not responsible for missing packages.

Exchanges/refunds are processed within 3 days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation when your exchange/refunds are received and processed.
We will refund the method of payment you used for the original purchase for the purchase price of the merchandise, excluding the shipping cost.

Final sale merchandise, jewelry, underwear, bathing suits and beauty products are final sale and cannot be returned.

We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

Wright's content is not for resale. The Service is controlled, operated and administered by Wright's from our offices within the USA. If you access the Service from a location outside the USA, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. You agree that you will not use the Wright's Content accessed through wrightsmen.com in any country or in any manner prohibited by any applicable laws, restrictions or regulations.

 

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Wright's, its officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site or services, any user postings made by you, your violation of any terms of this Agreement or your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations. Wright's reserves the right, at its own cost, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will fully cooperate with Wright's in asserting any available defenses.

Termination/Access Restriction

Wright's reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in California in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site. Use of the Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms, including, without limitation, this section.

 

You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Wright's as a result of this agreement or use of the Site. Wright's's performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of Wright's's right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Site or information provided to or gathered by Wright's with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.

 

Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and Wright's with respect to the Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and Wright's with respect to the Site. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. It is the express wish to the parties that this agreement and all related documents be written in English.

The Wright's mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Wright's (“Wright's”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Wright's’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Wright's through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Wright's. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18445764658 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Wright's mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
