Catherine and Nick, the British couple behind the label, chose to follow their hearts in pursuit of their true passions. Inspired by a trip she took with her husband to the Sacred Valley of the Incas in Peru, Catherine made the decision to leave her career in corporate fashion, Nick having done the same some years prior. Pregnant at the time and in awe by the life growing inside her, ELEVEN SIX was born from a combination of Catherine’s birth date in the European style, Eleven June, and their son Oliver’s due date in customary U.S form, November Six. Their love of travel and eye for unique, handcrafted, and beautiful products influences the pair's work.
