Keep what you love, return what you don't. Once your return is processed, the temporary ''hold" will be removed and you'll be charged only for the items you kept!

How Does Try Before You Buy Work?
When shopping, simply opt for the TryNow purchase option while adding items to your cart (note: this option will only appear if you start at the 'try now' page). At checkout, no charges will occur. Instead, an "authorization" or "hold" for the full order amount will be placed on your card, reserving funds in case you decide to keep everything. Your 7-day trial period kicks off upon package delivery. Once you've made your decisions, return any unwanted items via our Returns Portal. After processing your return, the pending hold on your account will be released within a few business days (depending on your bank's processing speeds), and you'll only be charged for the items you decided to keep. Please note, a return shipping fee of $10 may apply.
Is It 7 Days After I Place My Order Or 7 Days After My Order Arrives?
Your 7 day trial begins once your package is delivered to your home. You have until the end of the 7th day to create your return in our Returns Portal.
Can I Cancel My Order?
Of course! Just email us at wrights@wrightsmb.com to cancel your order. Please keep in mind, if your order has already shipped, we can't cancel your order, but you can follow our return policy to return your order like normal. During the work week, our standard shipping window is 24 hours. Any orders placed after 4pm on Friday will be shipped out the following Monday.
I Need More Time - Can I Extend My Trial?
Yes! We understand sometimes shipping delays or vacations can get in the way of your trial period. Please email us at wrights@wrightsmb.com to request a 1-3 day trial extension.
How Do I Return The Items I Don't Want To Keep?
Simply go to our Returns Portal to begin your return process!
Are There Any Items Excluded?

Can I Use The 'Try Before You Buy' Option While Shopping In-store?
Our Try Before You Buy option is only available for online orders. We offer Try Before You Buy so that every customer is able to try on their items before purchasing. Our goal is to give the customers who are unable to come shop with us physically in our store, the same luxury as those who can come visit us and try on finding their perfect fit, size, and color!
