Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, and your purchase is not one of our final sale items (see below for what qualifies as final sale), then you can send it back to us for a 100% refund to your bank account, or a 110% store credit refund. To qualify for a refund, we ask that you return within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed and with the price tags attached, in the same condition that you received it. Original packaging must be intact and in sellable condition. When returning shoes, the return will be denied if the shoe box has been used as the shipping box. When returning bathing suits, the return will be denied if hygiene sticker is no longer in place. We recommend that you send the package back to us via a traceable carrier and to insure the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us. We are not responsible for missing packages sent back to us.
In addition, our deliveries do not include signage. Please contact us if you would like us to require signage, as we are not responsible for lost/stolen/missing packages. Exchanges/refunds are processed within 3 days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation when your exchange/refunds are received and processed. We will refund the method of payment you used for the original purchase for the purchase price of the merchandise, excluding the shipping cost. If merchandise is damaged on the way, please contact us by email ASAP. Our final sale merchandise include: all marked down product, sale items marked at 50% off or more, jewelry, lingerie, bathing suits, bath + beauty products, candles and fragrance purchases. These items cannot be returned. We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. Exchanges (if applicable):
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at wrights@wrightsmb.com Please use the return label provided and in the case it has been misplaced, contact us at wrights@wrightsmb.com and we will provide you with a new one.
